This Privacy Policy describes how Sanara MedTech Inc. (“Sanara MedTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit sanaramedtech.com (the “website”), order products, submit forms, contact customer service, sign up for communications or investor alerts, or otherwise interact with our online services, and the choices and rights you have regarding that information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Advertising partners: we use advertising and analytics technologies from LinkedIn (Insight Tag), Google (Google Ads remarketing, conversion measurement, and analytics), and HealthUnion (a health-focused media and advertising network) that collect identifiers and internet activity information on our website for cross-context behavioral advertising and campaign measurement. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA/CPRA”), these disclosures may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 5.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

4. Categories of Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA Disclosures)

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; customer records (name, address, telephone number); commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; approximate geolocation data; professional or employment-related information; and health-related information voluntarily provided. We collect these from you directly, automatically from your device, and from our service providers.

In the preceding 12 months we have disclosed identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity information to service providers for business purposes, and we have “shared” (as defined by the CPRA) identifiers, internet activity information, and approximate geolocation data with advertising partners – including Google, LinkedIn, and HealthUnion – for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Your Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know/Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and information about our collection, use, and disclosure practices.
  • Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: to the extent we collect sensitive personal information, request that its use be limited to permitted purposes.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights:

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser you use to send the signal; advertising and analytics technologies are automatically disabled for such visitors. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests; you may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia) may have similar rights and may use the same contact methods.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to fulfill orders, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Criteria include the nature of our relationship with you, legal requirements, and applicable limitation periods.

We use appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
